Penne with tomato sauce and basil

Ingredients
  1. 200g penne
  2. 800g tomato sauce
  3. extra virgin olive oil
  4. a clove of garlic
  5. salt
  6. basil
  7. Parmesan cheese to taste
Instructions
  1. Put in a pan heat oil, garlic and tomato sauce.
  2. Allow to simmer the sauce for about 20 minutes until it becomes thick.
  3. Cook the pasta al dente, drain and serve into a dish then add tomato sauce, basil and a sprinkling of parmesan cheese.
